Color Trends for 2013

Pantone;s color pick for 2013 Color of the Year is Emerald Green.

It is not always easy to incorporate such a bold color into your home decor.  Emerald is a rich, lush color, so how should you use it ?
You can use it as a bold, striking contrasting color on one wall or in a den or office.
You could use it in a rug and throw pillowsUse it in a painted chest for a accent piece
Use it in your window treatment. Perhaps a silk drapery.
Ues it as a  splash of color, in a porcelain lamp or picture frames, or a green glass bowl.
